Holly Ridge Center is a non-profit agency in Bremerton, Washington. The Community Job Coach position offers an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team of Adult Employment Services professionals, providing community-based employment services to adults with disabilities.
Our Community Job Coaches evaluate skills and train clients in workplace settings. They provide client employees with on-the-job support during initial job-starts, ongoing job support, and foster natural supports in their workplaces in coordination with their supervisor and co-workers.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Zoom
- Experience with Client Resource Management system, adaptive technology, and video resumé preferred
- Ability and experience working respectfully and positively with a widely diverse population
- Knowledge of assessment skills and experience in use and interpretation
- Case management experience required
- Special consideration to those who have National Certificate of Employment Services
- Ability to pass criminal history background check
Required Licenses or Certification
- Valid Washington State driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of required personal liability automobile insurance
- Must have clean WA State driver license
- Valid Washington State Food Worker car (within 90 days of hire)
- First Aid/CPR/AED certification (with 90 days of hire)
Education, Training, and/or Work Experience
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Two-year Associates or four-year Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university in related field OR four or more years related experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred
