PMG COS AZ LLC is looking for a skilled Metal Fabricator / Welder to join our team in Lake Havasu City, AZ .

We're looking for someone who enjoys building quality products and takes pride in their craftsmanship. Welding experience is heavily preferred, but we're primarily looking for someone with strong fabrication skills who can read plans, work accurately, and produce finished products with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate structural steel and custom metal products from shop drawings
• Measure, lay out, fit, and assemble components
• Perform MIG, Flux Core, and Stick welding as needed
• Safely operate fabrication equipment and common hand tools
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Experience using common fabrication tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently or with a team
• Welding experience is preferred but not required
