Culinary Externship

Only apply to Extern - Culinary if you are a rising Sophomore, Junior, Senior, or graduating Senior in college. If applying for an externship, please make sure to select "internship" and state the dates you are available to work.

Available Year-Round

Culinary: You will be placed as a Cook I in one of our 10 Restaurants Outlets or Banquet/Pastry Kitchens. In this role, you will work alongside experienced mentors and gain expertise in the various roles and stations within either Restaurant or Banquet operations.

We do not provide housing but will be able to provide direction.
