Valet - Guest Services (On-Call)

We are looking for a professional and courteous Valet - Guest Services team member to join our organization. The ideal candidate is a quick thinker who can safely operate guests' vehicles while providing excellent customer service in a high-pressure environment. As a Valet - Guest Services team member, you will assist Luggage Porters with the arrivals and departures of our guests and maintain a strong sense of teamwork throughout your shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record for the past 3 years
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Availability on weekends and holidays is required
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time and run up to 9-12 miles in a shift

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist them with their arrival and departure experience
• Safely operate guest vehicles and park them in designated areas
• Retrieve vehicles promptly upon request
• Keep track of keys and provide guests with accurate ticket information
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and respectful demeanor with guests, coworkers, and management
• Ensure the safety and security of guests' vehicles at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned
