- Manage daily operations for a student housing community
- Oversee financial aspects & reporting
- Deliver the highest level of resident satisfaction
- Lead team and enforce company procedures
The Skills & Experience You Possess
- 3+ years of property management experience - student housing
- Strong financial and budgeting skills
- Great customer service approach
