Exciting Opportunity: Regional Property Manager
Location: Orlando, FL
CORY is hiring a highly organized, execution-focused Regional Property Manager to oversee day-to-day performance across an assigned portfolio.

Your Responsibilities as a Leader
•
Overseeing entire operations for ~10 assets.
•
Mentor and foster a strong relationship with teams.
•
Lead initiatives to maximize NOI.
•
Oversee annual operating budgets.
The Skills & Experience You Possess
•
5+ years in a regional-level multifamily operations and property management.
•
Able to manage multiple priorities across assets and stakeholders.
•
Hands-on, self-directed, accountable professional with strong follow-through.
•
CAM or CAP certifications are highly preferred.
•
A history of high performance, portfolio growth, and team development.
Perks and Benefits You'll Receive

Base salary up to $125,000, plus bonus, based on experience.
