Our client is a leading High-tech electronics consumer products company, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Website and Operations Executive

Responsibilities

• Assist in updating website content, banners, and product listings in a timely manner

• Ensure product information (descriptions, images, pricing) is accurate and aligned with brand guidelines

• Support campaign launches and promotional activities across the site

• Collaborate with the team to analyze website performance and propose UX/UI improvements

• Work with QA team to set up QA tasks to identify and report any bugs or broken links

• Monitor site navigation and assist in implementing enhancements to improve conversion and retention

• Liaise with Customer Service and Logistics teams to handle customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues

• Track and follow up on order status, returns, and delivery performance

• Support inventory updates and coordination for new product launches

• Work closely with retail team, technology innovation team and supply chain teams to support campaign execution and ensure seamless online-to-offline coordination

• Assist in generating operational reports and performance dashboards

• Maintain accurate documentation and SOPs for e-commerce processes

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in commerce operations, digital marketing or website management

• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Hybris, Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar)

• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and website analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)

• Proficiency in Cantonese and English is a must

• Experience with CMS tools or HTML/CSS basics is preferred

• Knowledge of e-commerce performance KPIs
