Essential Functions
- Provide a welcoming environment for visitors and deliver exceptional customer service
- Complete various administrative duties and assist teammates
- Pave a path to address questions and needs via phone, email and in-person
- Provide administrative support to our strategic leadership team
- Shine light on the organization by collaborating to create and plan fun, engaging team activities and staff meetings

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, ability to take initiative and desire to support team members
- Time management and organizational skills
- Experience and comfort with Microsoft office suite

Education and Experience
Any combination of education and experience that would provide the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
- High School diploma
- Three to five years of increasingly responsible administrative and clerical experience and/or graduation from accredited business school
