Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Manager (Real Estate) to join a prominent organisation on a full-time basis in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia . The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of high-value real estate development projects, from initial conception and feasibility studies through to final handover. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to significant landmark projects within a dynamic and rapidly expanding market. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of multiple real estate projects, managing every stage of the development process.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, work plans, and financial budgets, tracking progress and reporting on key performance indicators.
- Coordinate and manage all project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimise project risks.
- Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, industry standards, and health and safety requirements.
- Oversee contract negotiations, procurement, and management of third-party vendors and suppliers.
- Provide regular and transparent project updates to the leadership team, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the real estate development or construction industry, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, processes, and software tools.
- Experience working in the Middle East, preferably in Saudi Arabia, with a strong understanding of the local market and regulatory landscape is highly desirable.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are highly advantageous.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
