Baker

MFG, the team that brought you Carbone, is looking for a talented Baker to join our Sadelle's team!

RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIRED SKILLS

• You're proficient in proper baking technique and skills.
• Follow recipes accurately and completely.
• Quick on your feet in the kitchen and work with a strong sense of purpose.
• You maintain consistency
• Use a variety of kitchen tools and equipment such as: stand mixers, convection/deck ovens, cutting tools, rolling pins, lames, electric scales
• You are punctual
• Must have a positive and professional attitude towards everyone, and always willing to help your team.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas, adhering to sanitation/health regulations and company policy.

EXPERIENCE

• Completed a pastry arts degree or certificate
• Worked in a professional kitchen for 2+ years
• Food handler's certification (required)
