Operations Manager

This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk-all-day kind of role. You'll be out in the action, working with a skilled team, improving processes, solving challenges, and helping turn great ideas into great results.

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day fabrication and welding operations
• Coach, mentor, and support a hardworking team
• Keep projects on track, on budget, and on schedule
• Improve workflows, efficiency, and productivity
• Champion safety, quality, and craftsmanship
• Work closely with project managers, estimators, and leadership to deliver outstanding results

What We're Looking For

• Experience leading fabrication, welding, or manufacturing operations
• Strong leadership and people-development skills
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with scheduling, workflow management, and shop operations
