We’re looking for an AI Agent Analyst to take care of CyberCare AI products (such as Chatbot & Ticketbot) content as an editor, strategic planner and technician. This position combines organizational skills with technical competence and product analyst. In a team that creates unique AI-powered solutions and multilingual support systems from scratch, your input could make a big difference in shaping technical solutions for millions of people around the world.
What Makes You a Strong Match
- Experience in conversational design, including character development, UX copywriting, or linguistics.
- Basics with tools such as Grammarly, data analytics tools (Looker Studio, Grafana, etc.) Jira, GitLab, Chatbot management platforms.
- Passion for delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Written and verbal communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to take ownership, work autonomously and quickly adapt to the changes.
- Excellent English skills.
What You’ll Do and Learn
- Work on perfecting the chatbot user experience together with colleagues from the development and AI teams.
- Design and create dialogues for support solutions.
- Proofread and correct the existing user journeys and introduce your own.
- Measure and analyze the performance of various chatbot flows; establish and overlook chatbot UX processes; lead content testing and usability studies to gather feedback and make improvements.
- Create and manage chatbot personas.
- Design abstract content tests that validate if the chatbots are working as intended.

Compensation
- Gross salary - 1700-3100 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing salary based on your skills and competencies.
