Parts Support Specialist

Toyota of Ashland is looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our Parts Department as a Parts Support Specialist . Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday (Saturday hours are 8:00 AM-12:00 PM)

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the Parts Department
• Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming parts inventory
• Pull and deliver parts for service technicians
• Assist retail and wholesale customers with basic parts requests
• Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient work environment
• Learn Toyota parts systems and dealership processes
• Work as part of a team to provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• Automotive parts or customer service experience is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
