Warehouse Associate

Position Summary

The Warehouse Operations Associate is responsible for performing a variety of warehouse duties including shipping, receiving, loading/unloading trucks, pallet building, and general facility maintenance. This position plays a key role in maintaining smooth daily operations through accurate inventory handling, safe equipment use, and efficient order processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and scan incoming packages and materials.

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.

• Prepare, build, and wrap pallets for outgoing shipments.

• Operate warehouse equipment including an electric pallet jack and forklift.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

• Assist with warehouse, office, and building maintenance as needed.

• Support shipping documentation and inventory control processes.

• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.

• Experience operating a sit-down and/or stand-up forklift required (certification is a plus).

• Experience operating an electric pallet jack is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

• Good organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and maintain reliable attendance.
