Job Description

Intune Platform Engineering:

• Design and deliver secure-by-default, scalable configurations across Intune, Windows, mobile, and Windows 365 platforms, with clear rollback strategies and ownership boundaries.
• Engineer and maintain the PSADT packaging framework, including custom logic, pre-checks, and environment-aware configurations to ensure consistent, supportable deployments.
• Develop and maintain Intune remediation scripts using PowerShell, ensuring safe, idempotent logic and alignment with platform standards.
• Raise patch compliance, encryption coverage, and policy health KPIs through automation, telemetry, and configuration drift detection.
• Architect and maintain Autopilot profiles, ESP flows, MDT images, and onboarding standards for physical and virtual endpoints (including Windows 365 Cloud PCs, mobile devices, and RPA-hosted machines).
• Define and document Intune platform guardrails, including RBAC models, scope tags, naming conventions, and tenant-level settings.
• Produce clear, consumable design documentation, runbooks, remediation libraries, and dashboards that empower Operations to execute with confidence.
• Collaborate with Operations and Security to maintain a healthy feedback loop ensuring field insights inform engineering decisions and platform improvements.
• Participate in architecture reviews, roadmap alignment sessions, and baseline refresh planning to ensure platform evolution and governance compliance.
• Contribute to the development and upkeep of the App Catalog, Update Management Plan, and Security Baselines Catalog.
