Area Sales Manager
Location - Mumbai(5) / Navi Mumbai(2) / Pune(4) / chennai(5) / Banglore(6) / Hyderabad(3) / Kolkata(3) / Delhi NCR
Job Responsibilities -
- Responsible for entire gamut of lead management, sales and Business development for the Region
- Responsible for managing and tracking targets
- Client Acquisition campaigns and Lead Generation to build Housing as a flagship brand for Property Services in the respective region
- Responsible Service Delivery ensuring client retention and reference.
- Provide the market intelligence, data analytics and insights for the Marketing team to launch the right promotional and customer communication initiatives
- Should have good knowledge of MS office (word and excel) and working knowledge of Internet
- Should have capability of managing a team of 3-5 Executives and guide them with their work
- Great Leadership abilities to motivate and inspire the team to meet their targets
- Excellent networker - builds and maintains strong and lasting business relationships with colleagues and clients and possesses the ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues
Reporting Relationship
- The Area Sales Manager will report directly to City Sales Head
- He might be required to report to Regional Business Manager or Higher on temporary basis

Key specifications
- Around 4 years of Sales Experience
- Qualifications- Graduate or MBA
- Must have managed a team of FOS executives
- Should have consistent and goof performance in terms of team and self-management
- Required Skills - Good communication (Hindi/ English/Local Language), Self-Motivated, Presentable and good negotiation skill.
- Candidates MUST have own conveyance
- Candidate must be willing to join no later than 2 weeks from offer letter dispatch.
Compensation : Around 40K based on Last drawn CTC and interview performance
Performance Incentives as per region incentive scheme

Interview process
- 1st round of screening with HR (CV screening or telephonic)
- 2nd round with City Sales Head (possibility of multiple rounds at this stage)
- 3rd & final round with Regional Business manager. (Possibility of multiple rounds at this stage)
