As a Water, Fire, & Mold Restoration Technician , you'll be on the front lines helping restore homes and businesses affected by water, fire, mold, and storm damage.
Key Responsibilities
•
Respond to emergency calls for water, fire, and mold damage restoration
•
Deconstruct, clean, dry, and disinfect affected structures and personal property
•
Set up and monitor drying equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers
•
Communicate clearly with the team and update job progress
•
Maintain clean equipment, vehicles, and a professional appearance
•
Assist with job-site management and accurate documentation
•
Follow all safety and company protocols
Qualifications
•
Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills
•
Basic math and problem-solving abilities
•
High school diploma or GED, military background valued but not required
•
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no accidents/tickets in the past 3 years)
•
Ability to pass a background check (as required by law)
•
Available for on-call rotation, including evenings/weekends
•
Experience in restoration or construction is a plus (but not required — we train!)
