Bartender

As a Bartender with The Restaurant Group (TRG), you will play a key role in creating unforgettable guest experiences. From delivering a warm welcome and recommending drinks to preparing and serving beverages to a high standard, you will ensure every guest receives excellent hospitality, no matter what time they are dining with us

Working in a fast-paced airport environment, teamwork is essential. You'll support your colleagues when needed, keep the bar area guest-ready at all times, and help maintain the high standards that our guests expect.

The Key Responsibilities of this role include

• Delivering exceptional customer service and hospitality at all times
• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
• Providing product knowledge and drink recommendations
• Ensuring the bar area is clean, organised, and fully stocked
• Supporting colleagues and assisting the wider team during busy periods
• Monitoring stock levels and replenishing supplies as required
• Following all food safety, health and safety, and licensing regulations
• Processing orders and payments accurately
• Maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness throughout the venue
• Helping to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests
