You’ll lead technical delivery across multiple products, shaping best practice in cloud, DevOps, and agile delivery. From mentoring engineers to driving innovation and quality, you’ll influence both team performance and wider engineering communities, building solutions that deliver real value.

- Commercial experience with React or React Native, alongside modern state management libraries
- Strong experience with CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins, GitHub, or Terraform
- Knowledge of event-driven, serverless, and loosely coupled architectures
- Experience applying test-driven or behaviour-driven development practices
- Proven experience working within the energy industry
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the day-to-day engineering capability and technical delivery across finance systems and analytics products
- Driving the design, development, and optimisation of cloud-based and data-intensive platforms
- Mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Ensuring robust CI/CD pipelines, testing practices, and deployment standards are in place
- Collaborating with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to deliver value-focused solutions
