We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Lending Loan Officer who can originate and develop client relationships.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven ability to proactively source, manage and develop client and partner relationships within financing industry. Experience in corporate lending is a great advantage

• Hungry for sales commercial mindset with the ability to identify the needs, provide financing solutions and negotiate

• Trustworthy – high level of ownership and ability to balance sales opportunities together with credit risk understanding

• Self-driven, analytical, and comfortable working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment

• Professional Lithuanian and strong English are a must

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Work with direct sales, understand client financing needs and present suitable credit solutions across all available CapitalBox products

• Identify and use each sales opportunity for new and existing clients upsell, support clients within their financing journey

• Actively build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, partners to drive financing opportunities further

• Credit assessment: deliver clear, data-driven proposals aligned with risk appetite and business goals for risk assessment, represent cases to stakeholders

• Support and deliver high level customer service to solve any issues related to existing loans, collaborate with commercial, operations and risk teams

Base salary range for this position is from €2,500 up to €3,000 gross/month depending on competencies plus performance-linked Bonus. The more you originate, the more you earn.
