Job description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Films Developer (Operational Development) to join our team in Winchester, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and optimizing operational processes within our film production environment. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, implement process improvements, and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with a strategic mindset to enhance our production workflows and operational capabilities.

  • Analyze current film production workflows and operational processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement process optimization solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
  • Design and maintain technical documentation for operational procedures, systems, and workflows
  • Collaborate with production teams, technical staff, and stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track progress and identify areas for enhancement
  • Support the integration and automation of systems to streamline operational tasks and reduce manual work
  • Conduct testing and quality assurance on new processes and systems before full-scale implementation
  • Provide training and support to team members on new operational procedures and tools
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on operational improvements and their impact on production efficiency
  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies relevant to film production operations
  • 3-5 years of experience in operational development, process improvement, or film production operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions
  • Proficiency in process mapping and workflow optimization methodologies
  • Experience with project management software and operational management tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret operational metrics
  • Knowledge of film production operations, workflows, and industry standards (preferred)
  • Experience with workflow automation tools and systems integration (preferred)
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma (preferred)
