Project Manager – Job Description
Responsibilities::
- Manage the development, integration, and delivery of assigned Software, Hardware, HU Calibration, Application within a VM brake Application project.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure component requirements, design, implementation, and testing are completed on schedule.
- Track progress, identify risks, and resolve issues related to Project development.•Ensure component compliance with project standards, quality requirements, and industry regulations.
- Support configuration management and version control for software components.
- Communicate status, risks, and dependencies to project stakeholders and management.•Facilitate reviews, audits, and continuous improvement activities for assigned components.
- Define and prioritize product features, requirements, and user stories based on stakeholder input and project goals.
- Maintain and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with project objectives.
- Collaborate with development, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality product increments.
- Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to all relevant parties.
- Make decisions on feature scope, release planning, and acceptance criteria.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Coordination with OEM and BOSCH plan on need basis to ensure smooth releasees.
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field.
