We are seeking a passionate and driven individual who is ready to take the next step to advance their career as the General Manager / Director of Clinical Services at our Werribee campus.
ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE:
This is a permanent full time position and will be pivotal in providing leadership to the clinical team and to all medical, nursing and operational colleagues while at the same time fostering a high performance and values driven culture.
This role will lead and manage resources to facilitate the delivery of the highest quality care and services, and the maintenance of appropriate standards at St Vincent’s Private Hospital Werribee.

ABOUT YOU:
The successful candidate will have the following:
Registered Nurse qualification and current registration with AHPRA
Post graduate qualification in advanced nursing, clinical, health administration or business management related field
Demonstrate evidence of clinical leadership within a similar scale private or NFP hospital
Collaborative and inspirational leadership qualities, embracing the importance of multi-stakeholder management.
The ability to engage with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and the local community
Clinical governance, quality and safety experience and skills
A strong commercial understanding of the drivers of an acute private or NFP hospital and a track record of delivering the highest levels of healthcare services, within budget and to target

Our experienced team of clinical professionals, care givers and support staff are equipped to provide the highest level of therapeutic, medical and surgical services. We work together to ensure patient safety, well-being and recovery. We are a not for profit Catholic private hospital which operates across four sites at Fitzroy, East Melbourne, Kew and Werribee.
As one of the newest hospitals in the Western suburbs of Melbourne, St Vincent’s Private Hospital Werribee (SVPHW) opened in 2018 and is proudly caring for the community of Melbourne's West.
