Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 Mold readiness as per production plan.
 Mold maintenance to resolve quality and productivity issues.
 Spare management for mold tooling’s.
 Daily management.
 Maintaining Tool validation reports for all mold inserts.
 Troubleshooting for injection mold.
 Maintaining mold related documents like check sheet, history card etc.

Functional Competencies
 Knowledge of plastic injection mold manufacturing and Maintenance
 Knowledge of all conventional machines.
 Capable of reading engineering drawings
 Should maintain 5s of mold maintenance area
 Knowledge about measuring instruments.
 Need to have knowledge on spare management.
 Knowledge about MS office.
 Knowledge about AutoCAD and Pro-E is added advantage

Education and Experience Requirements
 Diploma in Tool and Die making with 2 to 3-year experience in mold maintenance.
