Overall Purpose
To drive the design, implementation, and support of scalable data and system solutions by aligning business processes with system capabilities, with a strong emphasis on STIBO STEP configuration, Oracle ERP integration, and data accuracy through extraction, transformation, and reconciliation.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Design and implement solutions across STIBO STEP and Oracle ecosystems (Oracle 12 on-prem and Oracle Cloud)
- Configure and support STIBO STEP (data models, workflows, business rules, and validations)
- Manage item master data, ensuring data quality, governance, and lifecycle integrity
- Perform data extraction, transformation, merging, and reconciliation across systems
- Design and support API integrations and batch data processes
- Troubleshoot data issues and drive root cause analysis and resolution
- Provide hands-on production support, including data cleansing and issue remediation
- Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable system designs
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes and align them with system capabilities
- Support SIT and UAT testing, including validation of data and system functionality
- Identify and implement opportunities for process and system efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with Tech Dev, data governance, and cross-functional teams
- Maintain documentation and tracking using tools such as SmartSheets
Job Contribution
- Functions as a senior individual contributor and subject matter expert in STIBO STEP and Oracle data ecosystems
- Drives data quality, integrity, and reconciliation accuracy across platforms
- Ensures solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business needs
- Acts as a key bridge between business requirements and technical implementation
- Contributes to enterprise data governance and roadmap initiatives
- Provides leadership through problem-solving, solution design, and cross-functional collaboration
Education/Experience
7+ years of related experience and a BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Required Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with STIBO STEP (configuration, data quality, reconciliation)
- Experience with Oracle ERP, including: Oracle 12 (on-premise) Oracle Cloud
- Strong SQL / PL/SQL skills
- Experience with APIs and data integration
- Proven ability to extract, merge, and reconcile data across systems
- Experience working with item master data and supply chain processes
Preferred Skills:
- SmartSheets or similar tracking/documentation tools
- Experience with Oracle modules (Purchasing, Inventory, iSupplier, Vendor Management, Contracts)
- Data governance and process improvement experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
