Directly or indirectly plans, implements, and evaluates patient and family care appropriate to the complexity of the problems and available system resources.

Uses clinical inquiry to improve clinical practice and service outcomes.

Assesses and evaluates care delivery models and implements changes based on outcome data.

Develops education programs to enhance patient outcomes and the overall quality of care.

Supports nursing practice through presentations, publications, research, and participation in professional organizations.

Contributes to establishing clinical best‑practice processes across the institution.

Coordinates with multiple disciplines to address and resolve system-level issues.

Demonstrates Direct Care Competency through holistic, advanced nursing interaction with patients, families, and populations to promote health and improve quality of life.

Demonstrates Consultation Competency by providing specialized expertise to assist patients, staff, or systems with problem-solving.

 Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Basic computer skills in Office, Word and Excel [Required]

• Advanced knowledge of nursing theory and practice in specialty [Required]

• Skill in the use of specialized equipment used in respective area of practice [Required]

• Evidence of clinical expertise in a patient care setting or specialty practice [Required]

• Evidence of project management and/or process improvement [Required]

• Evidence of transformational leadership in implementation of evidence-based practice [Required]

• Knowledge of learning principles for population served [Preferred]

Education:

• Master's of Nursing [Required]

Work Experience:

• 2+ years of Position-Related Experience [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:

• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]

• Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) [Required]

Pay Range:

$91,313.86 - $169,845.73
