Job Description

This is a part-time role, working 4 days per week.

About the role

As a Commercial Property Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the success and growth of our Adelaide CRE platform. You will provide high-quality market intelligence, financial analysis, data management and campaign support to enable the team to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

To be successful, you will bring:

  • Completed or current university studies in a property-related field

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong database management and analytical skills

  • An understanding of commercial property value drivers and market trends

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organization skills and the ability to meet deadlines

  • A professional and collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement

  • Basic understanding of financial modelling

  • Commercial property experience, highly regarded

  • Real Estate License or Certificate preferred

Why join Cushman & Wakefield?

This role is central to the efficiency and success of our Adelaide CRE team. You will directly support revenue generation, client outcomes and the ongoing growth of our commercial real estate platform.

You will work closely with experienced brokers and property professionals, gaining valuable exposure to the commercial real estate market while developing your technical, analytical and client-facing capability.
