The Opportunity
Join our Brisbane Real Estate practice as an Administrative Assistant on a permanent, full-time basis.
In this role you will provide essential administrative support to a high performing team of lawyers and be mentored by Legal Assist ants in the group. You will enjoy variety in your day-to-day, build relationships with a broad range of internal stakeholders and benefit from learning and development opportunities to progress your career.
This role is Monday – Friday and 100% office based .
What you’ll do
As an Administrative Assistant, you will perform a broad range of administrative tasks which will include, but are not limited to:
•
Support ing with diary management tasks – scheduling team and client meeting s , booking internal meeting rooms and external locations (i.e. restaurants) .
•
Document management – assist with creating and editing of documents using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
•
Hard copy document management – printing, s canning, photocopying and archiving tasks , as well as manag ing incoming m ail .
•
Financial management – r econci l ing expenses and assist ing Legal Assistants with client billing .
What you’ll bring
•
Previous experience in an administrati on role .
•
A committed and reliable work ethic, demonstrating enthusiasm and proactivity in the workplace.
•
A p rofessional approach, exhibited in your written and verbal communication style .
•
Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
•
Strong attention to detail , and an ability to remain organised whilst managing competing priorities .
•
A customer service approach, ideally exhibited through p revious experience in a retail or hospitality role.
•
An innovative mindset, curio us about AI and emerging technologies.
