YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
- MBA in HR from a reputed Business school
- 6-8 years relevant experience in hospitality in international brands of which at least 2 years should be in a similar responsibility level
- Pre-opening Experience would be an added advantage.
- Strong Leadership abilities and organizational skills;
- Excellent people Management skills to manage a team of highly innovative & creative Professionals.
- Ability to work under pressure & excellent problem solving & decision making skills.
- Process orientation;
- Go-getter; comfortable taking ownership and expanding scope of responsibilities.
- High on Integrity; is self-motivated; High on energy and passion for the job
- Excellent presentation and Communication Skills.
