We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to design powerful internal products used by game studios and publishers.

You'll design sophisticated B2B products used daily by some of the world's leading game studios and publishers. From dashboards and builders to CMS-style interfaces and internal operational tools, your goal is to transform complex workflows into intuitive experiences that help our customers work faster and make better decisions.

This role is anchored in mobile web design while also shaping complex B2B experiences. You'll work across the full product lifecycle—from ambiguous requirements and rapid prototyping to production-ready UI and design system evolution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Design

• Design workflow-heavy products that simplify complex operational processes for leading game studios and publishers around the world.
• Transform ambiguous requirements into clear, user-centered solutions and product decisions
• Own end-to-end product design from discovery to production

Prototyping and Validation

• Create interactive prototypes to validate ideas, align stakeholders, and accelerate decision-making
• Use modern design and AI-assisted workflows to improve speed without compromising quality

Delivery and Design Quality

• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation
• Define states, edge cases, component behavior, and design specifications
• Review implementation quality and drive continuous UX improvements

Design Systems

• Contribute to scalable design systems, components, patterns, and guidelines across products

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Senior-level product design experience with a portfolio of complex SaaS or B2B products
• Proven ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and deliver high-quality outcomes on schedule
• Strong experience designing dashboards, admin panels, builders, CMS platforms, or similar workflow-heavy interfaces
• Experience designing B2B tools: editors/builders, dashboards, analytics, admin panels, CMS-like interfaces.
• Comfortable using AI-assisted design tools

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience building tools for developers, creators, or enterprise users
• Experience with analytics platforms, workflow software, or internal operational tools
• Experience in gaming, game development, fintech, or other technical SaaS products
