About Disputes and Investigations
Our Disputes and Investigations team helps clients navigate commercial and corporate disputes with clear, strategic advice. We focus on our clients’ commercial priorities and help them identify and manage risk through prevention and resolution strategies, including litigation, arbitration and other dispute resolution processes. Many of the matters we handle involve multiple parties and legal or factual issues.
The practice group includes dedicated lawyers working in a merit-based environment. We tailor development programs and career goals to each lawyer’s strengths, rather than post-admission experience. You will work across a broad range of matters, including corporate and commercial disputes, regulatory investigations, class actions, commissions and inquiries, corporate misconduct and general disputes.

In addition, you will have:
- Three or more years’ post-admission experience with broad commercial litigation experience
- A desire and the capacity to work on meaningful matters
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to build effective client relationships
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively
What we offer

- Competitive remuneration and a range of benefits, including 26 weeks paid parental leave, additional annual leave, subsidised café and gym membership, end-of-trip facilities, exclusive retail discounts and social events. Learn more: https://www.gtlaw.com.au/careers/benefits
