More about the role:
We are looking for an Analyst to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious graduate or early-career communications professional who is keen to develop a career in financial and corporate communications.
- Support the delivery of communications programmes for a portfolio of listed and private company clients across a broad range of sectors.
- Conduct research into companies, industries, markets, investors, media and wider stakeholder landscapes to support client programmes and new business activities.
- Draft and proofread communications materials, including press releases, regulatory announcements, presentations, media materials, social media content and briefing documents.
- Assist with financial calendar communications, operational updates, financial results, transactions, capital raisings and investor engagement activities.
- Build relationships with journalists, analysts and other stakeholders while supporting media outreach and monitoring campaign performance.
- Support senior colleagues in client meetings, account administration, project management and the coordination of communications programmes.
- Contribute to business development through research, proposal preparation, pitch materials and networking activities.
- Use emerging AI and research tools to enhance insight generation, improve efficiency and support high-quality client delivery.

A strong academic record, typically a 2:1 undergraduate degree (or equivalent).
- Relevant internship or up to 2 years' experience in financial PR, corporate communications, investor relations, financial services, journalism or a related field would be advantageous.
- A strong interest in financial markets, listed companies, corporate communications and current business affairs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, together with strong analytical, research and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work collaboratively and deliver to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital research tools. Experience with AI-enabled productivity tools would be advantageous.
- A positive, collaborative attitude, intellectual curiosity and a desire to develop a long-term career in financial and corporate communications.
- High levels of professionalism, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
