Trainee - Finance
Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining accounting records and financial documentation.
- Support the preparation of invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
- Help process vendor invoices and employee reimbursement claims.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
- Maintain and organize financial records and files.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare basic financial reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for finance-related matters.
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of financial information.
- Carry out other finance and administrative tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (B.Com, BBA Finance, M.Com, MBA Finance, or equivalent).
