We are looking for an Art Director to lead the creative direction of content across all Independent brands. Sitting within our content creation team, you will shape how each brand shows up across social, video, photography, and campaign work. You will set the visual and creative direction for content from idea to final output, keep quality high, and make sure everything stays true to each brand's voice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative direction of content across all Independent brands, spanning social, video, photography, and campaigns.
- Turn briefs and brand moments into strong content ideas, then direct them through to delivery.
- Direct shoots and production, working with photographers, videographers, editors, and designers to get the best result.
- Keep content aligned with each brand's identity and tone, while pushing fresh ideas that keep the brands current.
- Set clear creative direction so the team can move quickly and produce consistent, high-quality work.
- Review and sign off on content against brand and quality standards.
- Manage and develop the content team, giving clear feedback and guidance.
- Work with marketing and brand stakeholders to plan content that supports wider campaigns and calendars.
- Keep production workflows organised so deadlines are met and output stays consistent across brands.
Requirements

- Strong art direction experience, ideally across content-led work such as social, video, and photography.
- A sharp creative eye and the ability to translate a brand into content that connects with its audience.
- Experience directing shoots and production from concept to final cut.
- Experience managing creatives and getting strong work out of a team.
- The ability to balance speed and quality in a fast, high-volume content environment.
