Commis Chef

Commis Chef required to work at Lena Chawkes Ltd T/A Aunty Lena’s Bar & Restaurant located at Aunty Lena's Bar, Main Street, Adare, Co. Limerick, V94 HC91. The candidate must have at least 2 years’ experience in the role.

The main duties include assisting with the preparation and cooking of food under the supervision of senior chefs, preparing and portioning ingredients, ensuring food is prepared to quality and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and organised workstation, storing food correctly, supporting kitchen operations during service and operating kitchen equipment safely.

The role also involves assisting with stock control and contributing to the efficient day-to-day running of the kitchen. Annual remuneration: €36,605. Hours of work: 39 hours per week. Please apply by email to Melissa at auntylenas@chawkepubgroup.ie.
