bissell
Content and Campaign Specialist
Job description
Overview The Content & Campaign Specialist plays a central role in scaling BISSELL's most commercially important campaigns and promotions across Europe. This role supports the planning, content and execution of our Tentpole moments — the year's biggest revenue drivers including Prime Day, Black Friday, Spring Clean and other key seasonal pushes — across DTC, Amazon, and paid media channels (Google, Meta, TikTok). You will also lead the always-on DTC promotional calendar and contribute to product launches when needed, ensuring seamless transitions between campaign types. You'll join the Brand & Content team on their journey to raise the bar on content and campaigns: speed, quality and performance. You will design and run end-to-end campaign processes — from briefing to localization to deployment — that scale efficiently across multiple markets and languages. Strong project management, stakeholder communication and an organized, structured approach are essential, as you will be the connective tissue between brand, performance media, DTC, Amazon, and the in-house creative studio. You bring a creative mind paired with sharp commercial instincts, an eye for detail, and genuine fluency in digital creative — formats, channel best practices, and what good content looks like. You are comfortable using design tools (such as Figma) to give visual direction and stepping into creative conversations. You are curious about AI tools and design automation, and proactively bring new ideas to optimize campaigns, assets, and process. You will report into the Associate Director Demand Generation Europe. Primary interfaces will be with the rest of the Brand team, Performance Media, DTC E-Commerce, Amazon, Product Marketing, global counterparts, European distributors, and creative and media agencies. Responsibilities Coordinate and execute key workstreams for Tentpole campaigns, including Prime Day, Black Friday, Spring Clean and seasonal pushes, across DTC, Amazon and paid media channels. Support campaign timelines, asset coordination, stakeholder follow-up and launch readiness to help ensure campaigns go live smoothly. Manage the DTC promotional calendar, typically 1–2 promotions per month, with a focus on customer journey, content quality and timely delivery. Support Amazon campaign content and asset development, with a basic understanding of Amazon placements and formats such as Sponsored Brands and DSP. Review campaign performance inputs from media and e-commerce teams, helping identify what is working and feeding learnings into future content. Use design tools such as Figma to review creative, provide clear feedback, and support simple content updates or mock-ups where needed. Stay curious about AI tools and design automation, testing simple ways to improve campaign production and workflow efficiency. Coordinate localization across European markets and languages, working with localization partners to support accuracy, consistency and timely delivery. Use project management tools such as Monday.com or similar to track campaign tasks, deadlines and approvals. Support product launches when needed, working alongside the wider Brand team. Contribute to improvements in tools, processes and agency collaboration. Support assigned budget tracking where relevant. Qualifications REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in digital marketing, communication, or related field. 2–3 years’ hands-on experience in a marketing, campaign, content or e-commerce role. Experience supporting multi-channel campaigns across digital, paid media, e-commerce or retail platforms. Good understanding of digital content formats and channel best practices. Basic familiarity with Amazon campaign placements and formats, with willingness to deepen knowledge. Working knowledge of design tools such as Figma, with ability to review assets and give clear feedback. Experience supporting localization or content adaptation across multiple markets is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION Additional European language (German, French, Italian, or Spanish) — practical asset for localization quality control and stakeholder relationships. Direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce experience — owned-channel commerce, distinct from broad B2C marketing. Background in consumer goods, home appliances, or consumer electronics — sector fluency means faster ramp-up. SKILLS REQUIRED Strong project coordination and campaign execution skills. Organized, structured and detail-oriented. Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines across different campaigns. Creative mindset with good commercial awareness. Working knowledge of digital tools such as Figma, Monday.com or similar platforms. Curious about AI tools and open to testing new ways of improving content workflows. Clear communicator and strong collaborator across teams and cultures. Positive, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize.
