Responsibilities
The Manager of Periop Business & Analysts will work closely with the Perioperative VP to complete financial tasks such as planning, budgeting and meeting fiscal goals. He/she will maintain knowledge of current vacancy rates throughout Periop units, and work collaboratively with HR to ensure smooth recruitment processes. He/she will also participate in EPIC and Legacy system reporting, as well as partnering with teams to document supplies, etc.
Requirements
- Must possess a BA or BS degree in a healthcare-related field, accounting or information systems.
- 3 or more years of progressively increasing leadership/analytics responsibilities preferred.
- Masters degree preferred.
- A minimum three-five years experience in a surgical services setting.
- A minimum of 1 year experience with IT, reporting, and financials within a related health care setting or surgical office business management, may be concurrent with Perioperative leadership timeline if within scope.
License Requirements
- RN preferred
