What the day will look like Lead and deliver the digital underwriting strategy for Aon Underwriting Managers (AUM), aligning technology, data and AI with business growth objectives. Represent AUM in the development and rollout of Aon’s Digital Placement Exchange (DPX) and wider placement platforms. Transform underwriting processes through digital solutions, data-driven decision making and algorithmic underwriting capabilities. Drive innovation and continuous improvement, identifying emerging technologies that enhance performance, efficiency and partner experience. Act as a visible change leader, embedding digital thinking and fostering adoption across underwriting teams. Engage and influence senior stakeholders across Aon and carrier partners, aligning digital initiatives with commercial objectives and delivering measurable business value. Serve on the AUM Executive Committee, helping shape the future operating model and digital agenda of the business.
