Job Title- IND Consultant II HR - HR Ops Solution Line- ASC Human Resources Position type- Full Time Work Location- Bengaluru/Gurgaon Working style- Hybrid Sub ARL- 7.2 Shift Time- 12 AM to 9 PM People Manager role: No Required education and certifications critical for the role- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in in Human Resources Required years of experience – 5 to 8 years of experience. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE: The Consultant – HR Operations is responsible for supporting end-to-end HR Operations processes across the employee lifecycle while ensuring service excellence, process compliance, and operational efficiency. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of aligned process related queries. The incumbent will work closely with Business HR teams, Payroll, and other support functions to deliver a seamless employee experience. The role requires strong operational execution, stakeholder management, process governance, and system expertise. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: HR Operations Delivery Execute and manage employee lifecycle transactions including onboarding, Background check, Rewards Program. Ensure HR transactions are completed accurately and within agreed service levels. Support maintenance of employee records and data integrity across HR systems. Drive timely resolution of employee and manager queries. Service Excellence Act as first point of contact for operational HR requests. Deliver high-quality employee experience through effective issue resolution. Monitor service levels and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Support employee communication related to aligned processes. Process Compliance & Governance Ensure adherence to internal policies, audit requirements, and compliance standards. Maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures. Support internal and external audit activities. Monitor operational controls and identify process risks. Stakeholder Management Partner with Business Talent Acquisition, and other HR functions. Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and process vendor to ensure seamless process execution. Build collaborative relationships across teams to drive operational effectiveness. Escalate critical issues appropriately and provide timely updates. HR Systems & Reporting Utilize systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, and related HR platforms effectively. Ensure accurate transaction processing within HR systems. Generate operational reports and dashboards as required. Support data validation and reporting activities. Continuous Improvement Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives. Identify opportunities to simplify processes and enhance productivity. Support implementation of new HR operational processes and tools. Contribute to operational excellence projects. SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: Results Orientation Strong execution focus with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. High ownership and accountability.
