Period: mid-July and August 2026 Location: Reine, Lofoten Islands, Norway

Qualifications and Personal Qualities
We are looking for candidates who

Are hardworking and reliable
•
Perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
•
Have strong teamwork and communication skills
•
Are service-oriented and positive
•
Have previous experience in hospitality (preferred but not mandatory)
•
Have advanced and fluent English skills (required)
•
Additional language skills are an advantage

About the Position
As a waiter/waitress at Gammelbua, you will be part of a dynamic team serving a high volume of international guests during peak season. The summer months in Lofoten are busy and require efficiency, structure and a strong service mindset.
Main responsibilities include

Providing professional and attentive table service
•
Taking orders and serving food and beverages
•
Ensuring high standards of customer care
•
Working closely with kitchen and bar staff
•
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area
