All about the role

As a Quality Assurance (“QA”) Lead, you will be accountable for ensuring quality, governance, and compliance across RTR operations, including BPO-delivered activities. You will play key roles as governance and control point, as well as driving process improvements, resolving complex issues, and contributing to the overall success of the RTR function.

QA Lead will be full time role to focus & champion end to end transformation connecting upstream and downstream processes/stakeholders, manage/review/endorse country deviation in parallel with DTPs/policies streamline whilst advocating Global Process Owner (“GPO”)’s process goals based on taxonomy.

What you'll do

Quality & Compliance Oversight – Monitors BPO performance and ensures RTR processes are executed in alignment with global standards, controls, and documentation requirements.

RTR Subject Matter Expert – Act as a recognized RTR expert, advising on accounting principles, end-to-end process design, and standardization opportunities across countries.

Governance & Control – Acts as a central control point to evaluate exceptions, understands, articulates and review complex cases, and ensure resolution complies with RTR governance principles. Knows similarities/differences between countries within the area of expertise and champion standardization.

Transition & Go-Live Validation – Reviews and validates process solutions during transitions, migrations, and enhancements, ensuring readiness and quality before go-live.

Continuous Improvement – Identifies process gaps, drives improvements, and partners with BPO and internal teams to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control adherence.

Risk Management – Supports internal controls strengthening, identifies systemic risks, and ensures appropriate mitigation actions are implemented.

Transformation Support – Contributes initiatives, ensuring new processes adhere to global design and deliver expected quality outcomes.

Stakeholder Liaison – Serves as a key interface between GFSS KL, BPO teams, and the GPO for quality-related matters, escalations, and governance.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of RTR processes, global standards, and internal controls with 4–8 years of experience in RTR, internal controls, audit, QA, or risk management.

Ability to assess process quality, identify risks, and design corrective or preventive actions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for evaluating complex issues and root causes.

Effective communication skills both verbal and written and influencing skills to align stakeholders, including BPO, GPO, and internal RTR teams.

Skilled in documentation, quality reviews, and ensuring adherence to governance frameworks.

Ability to validate solutions during migrations, enhancements, and process changes.

Experience working with BPO teams and evaluating outsourced service quality would be advantageous.

Continuous improvement mindset with experience in standardization and stabilization initiatives. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., OnBeat) and experience in identifying opportunities to eliminate, simplified, standardized and automate within accounting processes.

Experience with accounting software preferably SAP and other applications knowledge within area of expertise.

General computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office) with proficiency in data analysis tool techniques (e.g.,pivot tables, power query) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel Charts).
