Program Overview

The Finance Management Trainee Program (MDP) is a structured initiative designed to develop future finance leaders. This two-year, rotational program is tailored for Chartered Accountants, providing early exposure to a variety of finance functions. Through this experience, participants will gain comprehensive knowledge of financial strategy, operations, and technology.

Trainees join a select cohort, engaging in hands-on work, receiving mentorship from senior leaders, and benefiting from ongoing learning opportunities. The program accelerates professional development and equips participants for leadership roles within the organization.

Key Program Highlights

• Structured Rotational Experience

Participants rotate across key finance areas, developing expertise and a broad perspective:

•

FP&A Centre of Excellence (COE): Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modelling, and business partnering support

•

Controllership: Month-end close, financial reporting (statutory & management), compliance, process design & automation and internal controls

•

Financial Systems & Business Intelligence (FSBI): Exposure to finance technologies including Oracle/EPM, data platforms such as Snowflake, Tableau dashboards, automation initiatives, and emerging AI applications in finance

Recently qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)-June 2026

•

Strong academic record
