We're now looking for a Transport Compliance Administrator to deliver accurate compliance reporting, manage audit requirements, and provide essential administrative support across our transport operation.

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Provide comprehensive administrative support within the transport compliance and auditing function
• Serve as the primary contact for all audit‑related queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses
• Prepare and maintain compliance audit data to a high standard, ensuring all periodic reporting is completed on schedule
• Utilise fleet and driver management systems to extract, analyse and present data for operational reporting
• Interpret customer requirements and deliver clear, insightful information through effective communication

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Experience working in a similar role within a transport compliance environment.
• Strong understanding of operator licence compliance requirements for Heavy Goods Vehicles
• Good knowledge of driver hours regulations and associated record‑keeping standards
• Confident using Microsoft Excel, including formulas and tools for presenting and analysing data
• Able to work effectively to deadlines and meet agreed targets
