Job description
- At least 15 years of experience in managing IT development projects in finance and/or banking, including at least 5 years in digital banking solution development.
- Successfully led at least one (01) digital banking solution project for corporate customers as Project Director in a large financial institution or bank (*) with a project team of 60+ members.
- At least of 5 years of experience managing projects using Agile methodology. Task:
- Responsible for setting project methodology and implementation plans.
- Monitor project scope and compliance with agreed project management plans.
- Manage Change activities within project scope.
- Resolve issues during implementation to ensure timely and quality delivery as per contract commitments. Ultimately Responsible for the successful project implementation.
