Job Purpose

Provide day-to-day administrative support for Engagement and Diversity activities to increase employee engagement and productivity in line with Engagement and Diversity plans and practices. Support administration of Learning & Development processes and activities for efficient, effective, smooth and timely implementation of Learning & Development plans in line with defined Learning & Development processes, guidelines, timelines and costs.

In this HR Intern SSA position

  • Individual contributor who completes activities or fulfills targets under immediate supervision and guidance and executes assigned tasks according to specific standards and guidelines
  • Entry-level position typically requiring little to no prior knowledge or experience
  • Work is routine or follows standard procedures and closely supervised
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for Engagement and Diversity activities to increase employee engagement and productivity in line with Engagement and Diversity plans and practices
  • Perform recurring routine tasks as per the defined recognition programs and motivational initiatives
  • Provide basic support to implement diversity & inclusion initiatives as per plans
  • Check recurring routine issues related to employee engagement and motivation
  • Under direct supervision consolidate and maintain required data, files and reports for Engagement and Diversity initiatives
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to team members employees, Business Managers and external suppliers for smooth execution of L&D activities
  • Execute administrative tasks related to training programs such as scheduling, making course bookings, keeping training records, answering queries, etc.
  • Understand and follow defined L&D processes and guidelines, including metrics, standards and policies
  • Enter training and development records in HRIS in a timely and accurate manner
  • Make training announcements and maintain record of training attendance rates
  • Under direct supervision, provide day-to-day administrative support for internal communications processes and activities
  • Perform assigned tasks of generally repetitive nature to support other team members
  • Undertake tasks such as data gathering, entering and validation
  • Gather standard and readily available information for preparation of content and publishing periodicals, magazines, memoranda and leaflets
  • Undertake preparation of repetitive and standard content and material for internal communications such as newsletters, brochures, handbooks, etc.
  • Support administration of internal communications channels and timely distribution of routine material for internal communication
  • Follow and achieve compliance with set quality standards, formats, media and other internal communications processes
  • Check recurring routine issues faced during delivery, else escalate to supervisor for inputs and guidance
