An exciting opportunity has arisen to join DHL Supply Chain as Quality and Regulatory Assurance Officer at our Airport site. Your overall responsibility will be to assist in the delivery of the DHL Supply Chain (New Zealand) Limited (DSC) Quality activities, including product releases and inspections, investigations, improvements, and maintaining the Quality Management System.

What you will do

In this role, you will

• Controlling quality documentation in completion of GxP activities including generating and revising SOPs, manuals, forms, etc.
• Providing training related to GxP, FSP etc.
• Lead and deliver the roll out of the electronic quality management system (ETQ) programme including documentation control, change request, non-conformance and support the business in its utilisation.
• Perform internal verifications and investigations to identify and improve process gaps
• Monitor, guide, and evaluate improvements driven through the QMS within NC processes
• Facilitate the maintenance of quality standards and regulatory compliance ensuring they identified and achieved
• Facilitating the maintenance of and ensuring quality standards, client compliance, and regulatory compliance are maintained and achieved.
• Ensuring DSC is compliant with external regulatory license, certifying and accrediting authorities standards and protocols.
• Meeting the daily quality requirements of our clients, including product release and inspections of products as required
• Manage the financial activities as required of the team (iProcure, Payment of Invoices)
• Carrying out quality assurance related projects
• Partner to support Agency’s Compliance, Quality Control and Co-pack Quality Control staff capabilities and independence.

What you will bring

We’re looking for someone with

• Ideally you will have a tertiary background in business or science
• 2+ years’ experience in a Quality Assurance role with some knowledge on warehousing and logistics
• Have basic administrative experience
• Have an interest in quality and healthcare good manufacturing practices
• Be extremely accurate and have a great eye for detail
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbally
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers
• Meeting deadlines and prioritising work will come naturally to you
• Hands on experience in excel and data reporting
