HR Generalist / HR Coordinator

This position works closely with management and employees to ensure compliance, promote a positive workplace culture, and support overall plant operations. HR Generalist / HR Coordinator Pay: $27.50 - $29 per hour, based upon experience ISA Alabama Corporation is a leading manufacturer of high-quality latex rubber products. Duties / Responsibilities Recruit, screen, and onboard new employees Maintain employee records and HR compliance documentation Assist with payroll, attendance tracking, and benefits administration Handle employee relations professionally and confidentially Support plant safety initiatives and training programs Conduct new hire orientations Partner with management on performance management and disciplinary actions Assist with HR reporting and general administrative duties Requirements/Skills Minimum 3 years of HR experience (manufacturing experience preferred) Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Shift/Schedule 8 - hour days 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday - Friday Benefits Pay Range: $27.50 – $29.00 per hour DOE Blue Cross Blue Shield health, vision, and dental insurance (after 90 days) Six paid holidays (after 90 days) One week paid vacation after one year (2,080 hours) Stable long-term employment opportunity Apply Must upload your resume to your profile for consideration:
