What We're Looking For: We're seeking a compassionate, experienced, clinician who thrives on solving complex health concerns and building lasting patient relationships. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • clinical experience in women's health (WHNP certification required)
  • A passion for menopause care, preventative health, and patient education
  • Excellent clinical judgement and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to woman across the lifespan
  • Conduct comprehensive well-woman exams, including screenings, education, and counseling
  • Diagnose and manage common and complex gynecologic conditions
  • Provide care and guidance for patient's navigation perimenopause and menopause including hormone therapy
  • Collaborate with patients to develop Individualized care plans focused on prevention and wellness
  • Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and imaging as appropriate
  • Manage prescription medications, including hormone therapies and contraceptives
  • Partner with physicians and fellow providers to coordinate care and ensure continuity
  • Educate patients on topics such as reproductive health, contraception, lifestyle, and disease prevention
  • Maintain accurate and through documentation in the electronic health record system
  • Participate in team meetings and quality improvement efforts
  • Stay current on best practices in women's health and continuing education requirements
