Digital Marketing Manager
Job description
Main Responsibilities
Business Performance & Analytics
- Monitor the performance of digital services through business and marketing KPIs (traffic, conversion, revenue, customer acquisition, retention, etc.).
- Analyze campaign and business performance to identify optimization opportunities and improve overall service profitability.
- Conduct competitive analysis, benchmark market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular business and performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Digital Marketing Execution
- Coordinate and optimize digital marketing campaigns across acquisition channels.
- Ensure campaigns are executed on time and aligned with business objectives.
- Support the creation of marketing materials and localized messaging adapted to the Saudi market.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization actions.
Business Operations & Project Management
- Coordinate the launch of new services, marketing initiatives and operational projects.
- Act as the main point of coordination between Business Development, Technical, Product, Marketing and Operations teams.
- Follow up on project deliverables, timelines and dependencies to ensure successful execution.
- Monitor day-to-day operational performance and proactively resolve issues impacting business results.
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment across all teams involved in service delivery.
- Support the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, online advertising and customer acquisition.
- Good understanding of business performance management and digital service operations.
- Knowledge of digital performance KPIs and reporting.
- Understanding of the Saudi digital ecosystem is a strong advantage.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent project coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Jira or similar.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing or Business Operations within a digital environment.
- Experience in Telecom, VAS, Mobile Payments or Digital Services is a strong advantage.
- Experience working with telecom operators or digital partners is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
