We’re currently looking for a SaaS Project Manager to ensure that new partners, such as New York Pizza, Papa Johns, Belchicken, Bakker Bart, and Pizza Hut, successfully migrate to our software.
Your Role
As a SaaS Project Manager, you’ll be part of our Operations Team and act as the coordinator of migrations of customers to our software. You are the one who ensures that all deliverables are in place at the right time, that everyone is on board with the approach, and that the stores actually feel the improvement in their operations. Your job is to help them get the most out of our platform, from solving technical issues to supporting them in day-to-day use.
You’ll be responsible for the successful implementation of our software, resolving challenges along the way. You’ll work closely with various departments at the headquarters of multiple restaurant chains, while also building strong relationships with franchisees. You are responsible for the entire implementation of the software at the customer site, for which both project and stakeholder management skills are essential.
To ensure our partner's success, you’ll collaborate with the Growth team to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Internally, you’ll work with the Product team to help shape our software based on partner needs.
